Nanortalik offers great outdoor activities for everbody. Each year we greet hikers, fishers, climbers, and tourists form all over the world. We assist with boat transportation to remote destinations in the area and practical arrangements before departure to the real adventure in the great Greenland nature.

The Greenland kayak
Nanortalik is an original fisher and hunter settlement and in the museum as well as in everyday life you can see the kayak and the big umiaq (woman's boat). Historically all infrastructure and communication depended on the kayak and the unique skills of the inuit.
